Technical Project ManagerRole & responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Project Management Tools: Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation, track issues, and maintain workflows.
Design & Process Visualization: Create design mockups and process flows to support requirement discussions and development planning.
Project Onboarding: Quickly understand the scope and complexity of new projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Daily Standups: Participate in daily meetings with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with developers to communicate requirements and assist in resolving ServiceNow help tickets.
Quality Assurance Support: Coordinate with the Scrum Master and QA team to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries.
Qualifications:
7+ yrs if proven experience in Technology and Consulting role
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
