Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the store
Understand customer needs and assist in selecting jewellery items
Provide detailed product information (e.g., gold, diamonds, making charges, offers, etc.)
Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling across product categories
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Manage billing, handle cash/card transactions using POS systems
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store display standards
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide satisfactory resolutions
Support in stock management, tagging, and regular inventory checks
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store
Follow Tanishq grooming and conduct standards at all times
