Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Sales Manager B2B Consumer Goods Products


Location : Vanuatu Island ( North-East of Australia )


Company Staff at Location : 45


Reporting to : Country Manager


Products include : FMCG - Food, Edible Oil, Milling products, Extruded Snacks, Beverages, Personal Care, Household Cleaning products and Tyres


Responsibilities:


  • Identify prospective customers by following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Liaise with new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
  • Provide inputs in setting sales goals, analyzing data, and developing training programs for the organizations sales representatives
  • Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations
  • Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and changes to products that they sell
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns for products/brands & Other associated duties.

Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate with MBA preferred and relevant B2B Sales of variety of Consumer items.


Salary Structure :


Total Salary in Fiji Dollars

Company provides a Furnished Accommodation. Car, Electricity, Water, Medical

Return air tickets from and to your home country to/from Fiji at the beginning and at the end of your employment.

Visa, Work permit provided by company.

Family status can be considered after Residence permit is approved.
