Job Description
- As a Vice President for Finance & Accounting, Solution and Service line at Genpact, you will be responsible for leading the Finance & Accounting Service line and contributing to the solutioning for all new deals in the pipeline. Your role will involve networking within the organization to establish relationships at all levels, setting clear transformation objectives aligned with the company's strategic vision, and interfacing with clients to deliver appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will co-own the delivery of end-to-end business impact, manage multiple RFPs/deals simultaneously, and oversee the design, implementation, and support of complex F&A domain knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Finance & Accounting Service line and contribute to solutioning for new deals. - Establish relationships within the organization and with clients. - Set ambitious transformation objectives aligned with the company's vision. - Co-own the delivery of business impact and drive productivity. - Adapt to changing environments and client needs by providing innovative solutions. - Manage multiple RFPs/deals simultaneously. - Oversee the design, implementation, and support of F&A domain knowledge. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - MBA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferably Chartered Accountant). - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in client relationship management. - Excellent communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Proficiency in financial analytical skills and problem-solving. - Mastery of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - In-depth understanding of F&A concepts, processes, key controls, and managing large teams in a remote working environment.,
