Location Andheri

Position: Closing Manager Location: Andheri Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end closing process for sales/project transactions.
Review, verify, and ensure accuracy of contracts, agreements, and related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, fi nance, legal, operations) to complete closing requirements.
Communicate with clients, banks, and external stakeholders to fi nalize paperwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Track payments, clearances, and other fi nancial settlements before closure.
Maintain accurate closing records and prepare reports for management.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may delay the closing process.
Provide excellent customer service during the fi nal transaction stage to ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize successful closures and revenue.
