Job Description
Were looking for a warm and emotionally intelligent Tamil-speaking Relationship Executive to support our clients in their matrimonial journey. Youll represent individuals who seek a life partner, reaching out to prospective families and facilitating thoughtful, respectful conversations.
This is a part-time, fully remote role with flexible working hours and good pay.
Key responsibilities
- Use platforms such as Shaadi.com, Bharat Matrimony to identify suitable matches
- Introduce bride or grooms profile to families in a clear and respectful way
- Build rapport and trust with families; handle questions and objections
- Coordinate and setup first-level conversations between both families
- Share regular updates, and feedback from outreach efforts
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Tamil, good level of English (spoken and written)
- Friendly, confident, and emotionally intelligent communicator
- Background in sales, customer support, or telecalling (preferred)
- Access to a mobile phone, laptop, and internet for remote work
