Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of affordable housing loan products to achieve business targets.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers through various channels (B2C & B2B).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in the affordable housing segment.
Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in home loans or related fields such as banking, finance, or real estate.
Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products and their features.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
