Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, conducting thorough research, and synthesizing information to propose effective business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations, identify customer requirements, and define the future state, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with organizational goals and enhance overall efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project initiatives.
