Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Enter and update data in computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
Verify and cross-check data for any discrepancies.
Organize and maintain digital and paper records.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Follow company data entry processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.
