To visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on daily basis.
Build and maintain good working relationship with merchants assigned, that fosters sales.
Engage and train merchants & promoters on Benow application.
Meet the Activation, Transaction targets thereby achieving GMV targets
To communicate and drive marketing activities offered by Bank/Brands and Benow to the merchants.
Interact with Immediate manager and internal teams for merchants issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
At least 2 years of field sales experience in Merchant Acquiring or farming in Fintech /Banking/Telecom/FMCG industry in the general trade where he/she has proven experience of having managed a set of merchants successfully and driven sales/volumes
Willingness to learn & adaptability
Ambitious & Self Driven
The willingness to travel within the state to meet merchants atleast 12-15 days in any month
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and tools like Gmeet/Teams
Uses a Smartphone and has a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
