As an Assistant Vice President in the Life and Annuity Practice at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by leveraging your expertise in life, annuity, and employee benefits insurance operations or business consulting. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing product roadmaps to align with client needs and market trends. - Providing strategic consulting to clients on Life and Annuity insurance processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in Life and Annuity operations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for responses to proposals. - Creating and publishing thought leadership content to establish mindshare in the marketplace. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Extensive experience in life and annuity insurance operations or consulting. - Proven track record in product management within the Life and Annuity domain. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Industry-specific certifications or qualifications. - Experience working in a global or multinational environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.,
