Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparing Line Layout, Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Work Instructions and other manufacturing documents.
Continuous Improvement activities at manufacturing sectors like Productivity, Efficiency, Flow & Lead time and etc.
Knowledge in sheet metal processing and assembly process with 2 to 4 years of experience.
Basic understanding of VSM
Basic understanding of IT-OT
Basic skill in automations
KAIZEN & 5S knowledge.
Basic SAP/MES knowledge
Basic skill in time & motion study
Good Communication in both Tamil & English
