Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. The role involves managing social media platforms, executing digital campaigns, handling community groups, supporting book-marketing initiatives, maintaining client relations, and tracking performance analytics. The ideal candidate should be digitally savvy, organized, and result-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media channels across platforms.
- Handle WhatsApp communities and groups to engage audiences effectively.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Support book marketing activities through digital promotions and audience outreach.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients and points of contact (POCs).
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports and analytics.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools, WhatsApp broadcast/community handling, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting abilities.
