Job Description:

• Ensure Statutory Compliance through co - ordination with HR, Branches, Ops FMG team
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Regulatory adherence and compliance
• Submission of Compliance documents
• Effectiveness of compliance programs
• Able to Handle Exchange Inspection & Audit Independently
• Effectively find solutions to compliance issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain all the work-related SOPs and documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Required:

• MIS generation analysis and communicating outcomes to senior management
• Timely adherence to statutory compliance
• Handling internal & External audits
• Good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency on MS Office suite of applications Able to work under moderate supervision Self-motivated, go getter Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other peoples opinions Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required
• Strong attention to detail Shall be a good team player
• Shall be open to work flexible hours Familiarity with transaction systems and compliance components
