Job Description:
- Ensure Statutory Compliance through co - ordination with HR, Branches, Ops FMG team
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Regulatory adherence and compliance
- Submission of Compliance documents
- Effectiveness of compliance programs
- Able to Handle Exchange Inspection & Audit Independently
- Effectively find solutions to compliance issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain all the work-related SOPs and documents.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Required:
- MIS generation analysis and communicating outcomes to senior management
- Timely adherence to statutory compliance
- Handling internal audits
- Good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency on MS Office suite of applications Able to work under moderate supervision Self-motivated, go getter Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other peoples opinions Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required
- Strong attention to detail Shall be a good team player
- Shall be open to work flexible hours Familiarity with transaction systems and compliance components
