Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning to enhance application performance and user experience, making critical decisions that impact the overall success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in application development to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Experience with database management systems, particularly relational databases.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required.- Need to work on Shift B (12:30pm till 10:00pm) Qualification 15 years full time education
