Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Will drive the certification ecosystem and innovation culture
- Design, administer and report progress on Competency Mgmt. Framework
- Work with the relevant team/SMEs to conduct bootcamps for the functions
- Lead Lean Six Sigma training for Black Belts and MBBs
- Will be working on Six Sigma strategic programs which will be around driving large programs
- Sr. Level conversation, Transformation Road Map
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- MBB Certified from good organization or Institutes
- Black Belt, MBB Certified
- No PRINCE certification, Program manager, project manager
- 15+ years of experience
- 10+ years of experience in MBB, BB
- 3+ years of training experience
- Experience with large program - organization wide
- Experience taking training sessions in the past for Lean, Six Sigma. Person should be able to individually take training at Black belt and MBB level
- Proven large scale improvement projects (e.g Productivity improvement 4k people, cross functional teams)
- Proven exposure in design thinking, change management
- Proven ability to drive the certification ecosystem, which means that how should an MBB be termed as certified. A black belt be termed as certified
- Proven ability to drive the innovation culture, lean certification, Greenbelt Certification for the operations team. Should have some creativity to be able to engage with them and with the larger teams.
- Proven background of taking training sessions around Lean Six Sigma, Change Management
Preferred Qualification:
- Automation and Consulting experience
