Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Sourcing & Attraction:
- Create and post technical job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and company portals.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and databases, and build a talent pipeline.
- Network at tech conferences and meetups to engage with IT professionals.
- Screening & Assessment:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
- Assess candidates' abilities through pre-screening calls and technical assessments.
- Interview Process Management:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews and gather feedback.
- Participate in interview rounds, using various methods like video, phone, or in-person interviews.
- Offer & Onboarding:
- Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and employment terms, with successful candidates.
- Manage the hiring process and provide support during the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated into the company.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with new technological trends, products, and the IT job market to better understand roles and requirements.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong communication with candidates, keeping them informed at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Promote the company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
