    Role Overview: As the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services within the organization. Your role involves leading and managing the QA team, setting quality standards, and implementing processes to assess, monitor, and enhance product quality. Your expertise in QA methodologies, leadership, and attention to detail will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with company goals. - Define quality standards and performance metrics for products and services. - Manage and provide guidance to the QA team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. - Establish and implement effective QA processes, methodologies, and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle. - Evaluate and implement test automation tools to enhance efficiency and coverage of QA activities. - Oversee product and service testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues. - Lead performance testing efforts to assess application scalability and responsiveness. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality certifications. - Monitor QA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. - Identify risks related to product quality and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies. - Provide regular updates and reports on QA metrics, test results, and insights to senior management. - Provide training and skill development opportunities to the QA team for their professional growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and test automation tools. - Knowledge of software development processes, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency in C/C++ and C# programming languages. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with quality standards, compliance, and industry regulations. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Professional certifications in quality assurance or related fields are advantageous.,
