Databricks Solution Architect @ Tudip Technologies

Job Description

• Design and implement scalable data solutions on Databricks Lakehouse, including data pipelines, governance, and analytics.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Databricks-based solutions.
• Ensure performance, security, and cost optimization of Databricks workloads across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Provide technical leadership and enablement, including mentoring teams, conducting workshops, and promoting best practices.

• Proven 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Deep knowledge of architecture design, scalability, governance, and security in Databricks.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Databricks integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end Databricks solutions.
• Expertise in enterprise data strategy, data modeling, and system integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading POCs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions for Databricks adoption.
• Databricks Solution Architect or Data Engineer certification (preferred but highly valuable).
