We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Raincode Platform CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust architectural solutions. Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive architectural solutions using Raincode Platform ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol into existing systems enhancing overall system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations minimizing risk and enhancing system security.
- Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems incorporating new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Raincode Platform and its application in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in CICS VSAM JCL DB2 and Cobol with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex technical challenges.
- Have excellent communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
