Job Description

Cloud L3
(INTERNAL : Systems Admin, Sr)
DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and automation scripting with PowerShell. Proficiency in configuration management (Ansible), containerization (Docker & Kubernetes), cloud networking, and firewall management is essential. This role involves architecting, automating, and securing cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools such as GitHub and Jenkins is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Architect, manage, and support scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning.
- Automate operational tasks and configuration management using PowerShell and Ansible.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster security and networking.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and follow DevOps/GitOps principles.
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing L3-level support across multi-cloud platforms.
- Design and manage cloud networking components including VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and security groups.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including architecture planning and proof-of-concept validations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation to ensure secure, seamless, and well-governed cloud operations.
Qualification Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including core services and multi-cloud architecture.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, with strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster setup, networking, and security.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking and security, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices, including GitHub, Jenkins, and automation frameworks like Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles and a relevant technical degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Cloud certifications in AWS (mandatory), Azure, or GCP - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (certification preferred) and managing infrastructure at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance across multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and GCP Operations Suite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GitOps principles for modern infrastructure workflows.
- Proven ability to design and manage cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
