IVR Automation Test Engineer(Cyara & Kore.ai) @ Summitworks

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with relevant experience working in Functional/Automation Testing Project.
Working knowledge in Spanish language in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) /IVA (Intelligent Virtual Assistant) is considered one of the major desired skills
Experience in IVR Testing, Kore.ai testing and Cyara Automation
Experience in writing DB queries preferably for Oracle
Experience in validating SOAP and REST based services.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team.
Experience in working in Agile projects
Business knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing would be preferable.
Expected to work in 2-11PM IST shift
Experience with ALM or any other Test Management Tool
Should be able to work independently and complete the given work without much support
