Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. To provide Estimations to the patients who are advised for Admission/Surgery

2. To follow up accordingly with the Yet to admit cases or planned cases for admission/surgery

3. To coordinate with the other concerned Departments for smooth flow of patient admission

4. To coordinate with the Doctors accordingly as & when required

5. To follow up with all the leads received by Marketing Department/ Call Center & try to convert

them to OP/IP

6. To followup with the pending bills of admitted patients

7. To coordinate the operations of the unit in coordination & instructions of the

Non Medical Heads

8. To execute any other duties & responsibilities as per the orders by Hospital Administration
