Position Relationship Manager

Reporting To Area Revenue Head What Youll Be Doing:

  • Build healthy relationship with hotel owners
  • Deliver good hotel owner and customer experience
  • Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations
  • Help hotel owners to manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, drive customer experience
  • Drive revenue by ensuring room availability and improving booking conversions
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients
  • Share regular market insights regarding competition, pricing trends, and ground-level challenges

Education :- Graduation/Post Graduation


Experience


  • 2+ years of relevant experience in operations handling, key accounts handling
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalation
  • Demonstrate high ethical values
  • Prior experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus
