Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SW Engineer to join our Connectivity Team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and productization of the Bluetooth stack on devices running Android and RTOS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance Bluetooth solutions for next-generation consumer electronic devices.
Software Engineer, Connectivity (Bluetooth) Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the Bluetooth stack for Android and RTOS-based devices
- Drive the end-to-end productization process, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver seamless connectivity experiences
- Mentor and support other engineers on the team, promoting best technical practices
- Stay current with the latest Bluetooth standards, protocols, and industry trends
- Support factory, manufacturing and design/develop related tests and testing tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience developing software for consumer electronic devices
- In-depth knowledge of Bluetooth protocols and stack implementation
- Hands-on experience with Android or RTOS development environments
- Programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java
- Proven track record of delivering production-quality software
- Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers
- Familiarity with Bluetooth certification processes and interoperability testing
- Experience with other wireless technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, UWB, NFC)
- Knowledge of low-level debugging and performance optimization on embedded systems
- Contributions to open-source Bluetooth or connectivity projects
