Job Description

• Aster Medcity is looking for Pharmacist - Pharmacy to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
• Reviewing and interpreting prescription orders
• Preparing and dispensing medicationsAdvising patients on the safe and effective use of their medications, including potential side effects and interactions
• Monitoring patients for adverse reactions and ensuring that any necessary changes to their medication regimen are made in a timely manner
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of patients' medication history and any adverse reactions
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Staying current on developments in the field of pharmacology and medication therapy
