Job Title: Manager Leadership Hiring Location: Mumbai Experience: 68 years (with at least 3 years in a B2C/consumer tech environment) Reports to: CHRO

Were on the hunt for a sharp, driven, and high-agency Manager Leadership Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team at Shaadi.com. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of building the next generation of leadership talent across our fast-scaling consumer tech ecosystem.
As a trusted partner to senior business leaders, youll lead end-to-end leadership hiring across functions, drive multi-channel sourcing strategies, and influence key hiring decisions that shape the future of our organization.
What You'll Do
Drive full-cycle leadership hiring for VP and above roles across business, product, tech, and growth functions
Partner closely with CXOs and functional heads to understand talent needs and build proactive pipelines
Strategize and execute multi-channel sourcing (in-house sourcing, executive search, referrals, talent mapping, etc.)
Own and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Represent the brand with poise and professionalism in candidate interactions
Leverage ATS tools like Workable or Skillet to streamline and manage hiring operations
Maintain deep market intelligence and keep a pulse on industry talent movements
What Were Looking For
68 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a B2C or consumer tech company
Proven experience in leadership/exec hiring, preferably with exposure to hiring across domains
Not more than two companies in career history (we value depth and consistency)
Expertise in multi-channel sourcing strategies and passive talent engagement
Strong track record of working with VP-level and C-suite stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills articulate, concise, and persuasive
High ownership, agility, and a bias for action
Mumbai-based candidates preferred (open to 5-day work from office)
