Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT recruitment processes and a strong desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end hiring activities under the guidance of senior recruiters, helping source and identify potential candidates for various technical roles.
Skills & Qualification:
- 3 to 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment (internship or full-time).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and match candidates accordingly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Quick learner with a strong desire to grow in the recruitment field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for IT roles such as Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, Power BI Developer, etc.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate technical fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure a quick turnaround time for closures.
