Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) with a focus on non-tech and volume hiring to join our team. This individual will manage the full recruitment life cycle across roles, helping us hire efficiently and effectively for Walmart Customer Care organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in non-tech roles, volume hiring, and possesses a deep understanding of the talent acquisition process.
Role & responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates for our customer care organization.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as required
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
Take steps to ensure a pleasant candidate experience from the beginning to end.
Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
To be a talent advisor to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Host and participate in job fairs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Should be able to plan and drive mass recruiting events.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for near future open roles.
Manage end to end recruitment process
Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance.
Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience.
Create compelling offer proposals & explain the compensation & benefits to candidates.
Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.
Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiative & programs.
Build & maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
Participation in TA programs
Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree with 2-5 years of experience in recruitment for Non-IT business and Customer
Service roles
Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee
referral)
Experience in candidate assessment and management
Ability to build & analyse reports.
Worked on multiple skills/roles.
Experience in mid-senior level hiring.
Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
