Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our Product & Engineering Segment, driving digital transformation and technology excellence across a fast-scaling logistics business. The role involves building next-generation platforms, shaping the product roadmap, and leading a high-impact engineering team powering a 400 Cr+ business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and product development for all digital platforms.
  
• Define and execute a scalable technology roadmap aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
  
• Oversee and mentor a strong tech organization 1015 direct leaders and 100+ developers & data scientists.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance across engineering teams.
  
• Leverage data, AI, and automation to deliver cutting-edge logistics and supply chain solutions.
  
• Partner with business leadership to identify technology-driven growth opportunities and ensure seamless system performance.
