Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 58 years of experience in the airline or travel domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API integrations, direct connect carrier integrations, and NDC concepts, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for airline reservation and ancillary systems.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work on API integrations for reservations and ancillary services using JSON or XML.
• Collaborate with teams on direct connect carrier integrations.
• Understand and implement NDC (New Distribution Capability) concepts and integrations.
• Provide input and recommendations on UI/UX design to enhance customer experience.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
• Conduct impact analysis and provide solutions to business and system challenges.
• Assist in testing and validation of integrations and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the travel/airline domain.
• Strong experience with API integrations using JSON or XML.
• Hands-on experience with direct connect carrier integrations.
• Knowledge of NDC standards and implementations.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to provide actionable feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Exposure to GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
