Job Description

Assist in analyzing NGS datasets (RNA-seq, DNA-seq, etc.)
Support development and testing of bioinformatics pipelines
Work with the team on data QC, annotation, and visualization
Document workflows and contribute to internal tools or research

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Background in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Computational Biology, or related field
Familiarity with Python/R and basic command-line tools
Understanding of genomics concepts (e.g., sequencing, alignment)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications- B.tech Bioinformatics
