Job Description:- L3 Network Engineer
Routing and Switching:
Extensive experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise-level routing and switching networks.
Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, LACP).
Experience with network hardware from major vendors (Cisco, huawei, mikrotik , POE etc.).
certifications (e.g., CCNA CCNP are a plus.
Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi):
Plan, configure, and secure wireless networks to provide reliable Wi-Fi access.
Monitor and optimize Wi-Fi performance and coverage.
Experience with network hardware from major vendors (Cisco WLC, TP Link , Ruckus AP etc.).
Proven experience in designing and managing Wi-Fi networks in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and emerging technologies.
Strong knowledge of wireless security protocols and best practices.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting wireless LAN controllers and access points.
Experience with Wi-Fi survey tools and spectrum analyzers.
Ability to analyze and interpret network traffic and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications such as CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) are a plus.
Firewall
Proven experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining VPN solutions and Fortinet firewall devices.
Fortinet certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5) are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of VPN protocols (IPsec, SSL VPN) and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with FortiGate firewall appliances and FortiOS.
Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in IT or ECE domain .
Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
NSE4 certified is preferable .
Minimum of 6 years of experience in network administration and support.
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs).
Strong knowledge of network security principles and practices.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other IT professionals.
