Genesys Cloud JD:

• Minimum exp 3-7 years of experience in Genesys cloud,
• Candidate must have experience in Genesys PureCloud Enablement and Configuration setup
• Hands on PureCloud Technology suite applications.
• Hands on experience in Web Services Integration (3rd party)
• Hands on experience in Custom Reports (Rest API)
• Experience in IVR, Interaction Routing, WFM, Dialer, Scripter is must
• Genesys PureCloud Certifications
• Interaction with 3rd Party (Web Chat, Data DIP, Salesforce, Twilio etc) is preferred

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and resolve them efficiently.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys Cloud platform.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Genesys framework and its applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with IVR system implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance.
