Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the IT industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of the HR strategy with the companys business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the IT sector, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employee
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a mediator in disputes and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for employees.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Use HR metrics and data to analyse trends and make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Develop and implement initiatives to create a more inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role within the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and the specific HR challenges within the sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
