Your Role
As an HR Intern, youll play a key role in supporting our HR team to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Youll gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, develop your skills, and contribute to building a thriving workplace culture.
What Youll Do
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Support job postings across platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding and Employee Engagement
- Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a warm and smooth welcome for new hires.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster team connectivity.
- HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support daily HR tasks, such as attendance tracking and compliance documentation.
- Learning and Development
- Contribute to planning and executing training programs and workshops.
- Assist in creating HR materials, including presentations, guides, and handbooks.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams.
- Problem Solver: Adaptable and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Youre skilled at managing multiple tasks without missing the fine details.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new HR tools.
