As a member of Sakon, your passion for finding data driven and analytical insights will be a key enabler to the success of the department. As a Data Analyst, you would be responsible for maintaining the data quality of the Sakon Device Platform. You would be responsible for collecting, parsing, managing, and analyzing large sets of data across multiple sources. Role requires fair knowledge of data modeling principles, knowledge of algorithms for transformations and performance tuningYou should be extremely focused on data quality aspects and proactive to flag data quality related risks to appropriate stakeholders. Moreover, you should have good communication and interfacing skills, should be able to work with business owners and help them make data-related decisions. Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain data on Sakon SAAS as per platform and client requirement
- Perform regular data checks and analysis to ensure data quality
- Flag data anomaly and risks to relevant stakeholders
- Assemble, analyze large complex data sets for processing and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain internal documents and trackers, ensure compliance with process flows and controls process controls
Team skills
- Ability to work as a team player and partner effectively with cross-functional teams
- High work ethics, effective communicator, and sense of ownership
- Highly motivated towards learning and have a strong solution-oriented approach
Experience and skills preferred
- Experience in troubleshooting large data issues
- Excellent data handling skills on MS Excel along with VBA macro would be preferred
- Strong outlook for data quality
- Results orientated, proactive, takes initiative.
- Ability to work across regions and cultures
Academics and Work experience
- MBA(Finance)/M.com
- Overall experience of 0 to 1 years preferably in industry (IT or Software Services) or function (data management, data analytics, data operations) specific experience
Working Hours
- Hybrid work environment (scheduled in-person meetings/visits at Office)
- Business working hours Rotational
