Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries related to remittances, currency exchange, bill payments, and other
financial services offered by the Exchange.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining compliance with Company and Bank
guidelines.
- Ensure that all interactions are logged accurately in the system, with proper documentation of customer
details.
- Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries with clarity and
professionalism.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
Job Location: Vashi
