What are we looking for: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in assisting with the blueprint and design of the organization's data platform, covering all relevant components. Your daily activities will include close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless system and data model integration. You will participate in strategic discussions aimed at refining and enhancing the overall data architecture, contributing to the evolution of the organization's data platform strategy.
The role involves engagement throughout the data platform lifecycle, ensuring that each component functions cohesively to support the organization's data requirements and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve performance targets.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams and actively contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide effective solutions to challenges faced by both the immediate team and across other teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to boost team capabilities and expertise.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project and organisational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data integration techniques and relevant tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and associated services.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Building Tool is required.
- This position is based at the Bengaluru office.
- Applicants must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
