We are looking for a seasoned Technical Manager Service Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring customer satisfaction, adherence to SLAs, and continuous service improvement. The role requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end IT service delivery for multiple clients/projects.
Ensure service performance meets agreed SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
Manage a team of technical leads, engineers, and support staff across technologies (Network, Infra, Cloud, Applications, etc.).
Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and governance reviews.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Transition, and Project Management teams during onboarding and steady-state handover.
Establish service governance frameworks and conduct regular service review meetings with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Drive automation, process improvement, and service optimization initiatives.
Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and MIS to senior management and clients.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor engagements to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Mentor and guide teams to enhance technical and process maturity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1015 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Service Delivery / Technical Management roles.
Strong technical knowledge in Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, or Applications (depending on organization focus).
Proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations and distributed teams.
Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management).
Certifications such as ITIL Expert, PMP/Prince2, or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
