Job Description
- As a Crew Engagement Manager, your role is crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and crew well-being through various initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Foster a culture of collaboration and camaraderie among cabin crew to ensure a motivated team dedicated to exceptional service and safety standards. - Serve as a bridge between crew members and management, addressing concerns while aligning operational goals with crew well-being and engagement. - Design and execute engagement programs centered around retention, recognition, diversity, wellness, and workplace positivity, along with providing necessary administrative and operational support. - Drive the reduction of controllable long non-availability instances and handle base transfer requests in accordance with operational headcount requirements. - Develop morale-boosting initiatives based on crew feedback and performance data, integrating engagement strategies into broader company objectives. - Conduct roadshows to promote crew engagement, well-being, and policy awareness across bases and AITA. - Supervise crew well-being procedures and offer timely support and assistance to crew members as required. In terms of qualifications, the minimum educational requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. When it comes to experience, you should have prior experience as cabin crew, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead crew role. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a ground role, specifically managing employee well-being, is necessary for this position.,
