Job Summary:


We are seeking a seasoned and customer-centric Senior Executive Voice Process professional with over 4 years of experience in handling international voice-based customer service or technical support. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.


Job Title: Senior Executive Voice Process (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients (primarily US-based).
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, or requests efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process policies, client products/services, and customer handling protocols.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Achieve individual targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document all call details accurately in the CRM/system.
  • Collaborate with peers and support teams for continuous process improvement.
  • Train or mentor junior team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in international voice process (customer service, technical support, or collections).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Strong listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is a plus.
  • Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in customer service are an advantage.
