We are hiring HR Executive for IndusInd Marketing & Financial Services Pvt Ltd.

Candidate should have excellent knowledge in MS Excel, V Lookup.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment & Onboarding activities
• Offer processing
• HR Interview & Salary discussion, Salary Negotiation.
• Collecting required documents
• Attendance & Leave Management
• Employee relations, Queries, Grievance Handling

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in HR Management is Mandatory. Candidate should have final MBA convocation certificate at the time of applying.

Candidates who willing to join immediately are preferred.
