Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  1. Assist the Hub HSE Manager in the preparation and submission of monthly HSE reports.
  2. Support HSE risk assessments for new assignments and help document controls in post instructions and site instructions.
  3. Assist in monitoring HSE KPIs and maintaining dashboards and trackers.
  4. Coordinate and support HSE trainings, inductions, tool box talks, and awareness sessions for employees.
  5. Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and HSE documentation.
  6. Support incident reporting, near-miss reporting, and hazard identification, including maintaining action registers.
  7. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from incidents, audits, and inspections.
  8. Assist in organizing HSE committee meetings at hub and branch levels and preparing MOMs.
  9. Support operations teams on day-to-day HSE-related issues at sites and offices.
  10. Assist in fire and safety checks at offices and establishments as per defined checklists.
  11. Participate in internal HSE audits, inspections, and HSE walks under the guidance of the Hub HSE Manager.
  12. Maintain HSE records in line with ISO / OHSAS documentation requirements.

Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for employee HSE compliance.
