Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Technology & HRMS Management (Darwinbox)

• Act as HRMS (Darwinbox) system administrator for configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HRMS vendor and internal IT team for system upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Generate HR dashboards, analytics, and MIS reports for management decision-making.

Process Design & Improvement

• Map and document HR processes, identify gaps, and drive process standardization via system
• Work with HR Business Partners and COEs to streamline workflows (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Exit).
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws while designing processes.
• Implement approval workflows and controls in HRMS as per governance requirements

Required Experience & Skills

• Technical Skills: Darwinbox HRMS administration, HR analytics, Excel, Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
• Process Skills: HR processes knowledge across employee lifecycle, continuous improvement mindset.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, project management.
• Behavioral Skills: Detail orientation, agility, collaboration, result-driven approach.
