Job Title: International Voice Process Customer Support (Freshers & Experienced)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers & Min. 1+ Year in International Voice Process preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
  
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Follow professional etiquette and maintain quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with the team to achieve process goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent spoken English & communication skills are mandatory.
  
• Freshers from reputed colleges with strong communication are encouraged to apply.
  
• Candidates with 1+ year of experience in International BPO/Customer Support (US/UK/Australia processes) preferred.
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
  

Education:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream) must have excellent communication.
  
• Candidates from reputed colleges with strong English proficiency will be given preference.
