Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with at least 10 years of experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle products, or high-value B2B/B2C sales. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand Astoria Livings presence in the market.

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and corporate accounts.
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closings with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to create customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury retail segment.
  • Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Represent Astoria Living at high-profile events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales within luxury retail, premium interiors, or lifestyle products.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets and building strategic relationships.
  • Strong network within the luxury, interior, and lifestyle industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for luxury products and customer excellence.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
