Role & responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Managing job portals, social media hiring & headhunting
Employer branding & enhancing candidate experience
Reporting and recruitment analytics

Preferred candidate profile

1-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
