Atleast 10-15 years of Oracle implementation experience with Minimum 2 end-to-endimplementation of Oracle ERP Cloud at a client location

Should have minimum of 3 yearsexperience in Oracle Cloud Supply chain skills like Cloud Procurement, CloudInventory Management, Cloud Order Management.

Goodunderstanding of latest industry trends in SCM related business processes andpractices.

Deepproduct understanding of all SCM and Procurement modules (Order Management,Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Product Hub, SupplierPortal, Self Service Procurement, Supply Chain Planning)

Demonstrabletraits of thought leadership during client engagements

Domainexperience of managing the SCM function of a large organization would be anadded advantage

Experiencedin working in a global delivery model

Combinationof mentoring, solution architecting, business pursuit, operations, and deliverymanagement

Willbe responsible for regular delivery reviews and oversight of engagements thathave business processes as critical components

Highlyarticulate with excellent communication and presentation skills

Goodnegotiation skills with the internal as well as external stakeholders

Main Job Duties:

• Participate in analysis and design tasks related to the development and implementation of solution architecture.
  
• Create detailed functional design, process flows, build solution, and perform unit testing of solution components
  
• Work with cross-functional teams at customer site to drive system/solution/technical architecture
  
• Willbe responsible for providing subject matter expertise during the entire projectlifecycle
  
• Providing architectural solutions,design, functional consulting for Oracle SCM Cloud
  
• Determines implementation bestpractices across all projects
  
• Provide training to the customers onthe solutions
  
• Accelerate teams capabilities throughsolution design guidance, targeted solution reviews, and on-demandtroubleshooting
  
• Anticipate customer needs and provideinputs for solutions
  
• Keep track of timelines and scope and resolveconflicts between business and technology teams by communication and guidanceand avoid any deviations
  
• Work closely and collaboratively withthe project team and program manager to deliver the project scope
  
• Analyze new and complexproject-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involvethe schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, andfinancial management of the project
